July holidays

Things to do in Plain City on the Fourth of July:

-decorate bike and ride in the parade
-watch parade-take a nap in the stroller-dress like your cousins-play on the bounce toys-get your face "stamped"-enjoy a snow cone-jump on the tramp with the sprinklers underneath-go swimming
Things to do in Spanish Fork on Pioneer Day:

-go to the parade
-play with cousins-swim OR-play in the water table-watch the Eric/Justin/Gene/Brett/Matt fireworks show-sparklersWe love that our July holidays work out so well with families-the 4th with the Moyes' and the 24th with the Goodrich's. My only regret this summer is that we didn't see any real fireworks. We didn't stay to see them in Plain City and had expected some on the 24th but they didn't happen. Oh well. Maybe we can still catch some, sometime. I think Molly would really like them this year. Anyone know of any coming up?

We wore Stocky out so much last Saturday night (he wouldn't sleep at Eric and Heidi's) that he took a power nap on Sunday. He fell asleep the last hour of church, didn't wake up when we put him in the car seat to come home, stayed asleep when I put him in his crib, and slept a whopping FOUR hours longer. 11 am-4pm, 5 hours total. Whew! Boy was he happy when he woke up! :)

Don't you just love summer?

Holy cow! That is one awesome nap for Stockton. And Evan totally wore that same shirt on the 4th :) I love this holiday. I don't like the sweltering heat, but I don't want Summer to end either!

If you are looking for fireworks coming up, Payson celebrates over Labor Day and the Friday night before they have fireworks up at the high school!
