What's a summer without a parade? Since we hadn't attended one yet we decided that this was the day. So we got up early and headed to Center Street where the festivities were set to begin. Well, I can't say much for the parade (pretty lame) but Molly enjoyed collecting the candy. Yum! 
The other big highlight of the parade were the "princesses"-all those pageant girls. 
I swear I've never seen so many floats with Miss So-and-So's and Little Miss So-and-So's. Molly stood in awe on the side of the road, waving to each and every float that passed with one of these princesses. Oh my, how did my daughter become so girly?
